Het VBO maakt gebruik van cookies om de interactiviteit en de inhoud van zijn website en de kwaliteit van zijn diensten te verbeteren.
Wat zijn cookies?
Cookies zijn informatiebestandjes die naar uw browser gestuurd worden door de website waarmee u verbinding maakt. Uw browser bewaart elke cookie voor een bepaalde periode. En telkens wanneer u terugkeert naar dezelfde website, stuurt uw browser de cookie(s) terug naar die website. Op die manier herkent de website uw browser. Duur?
Cookies hebben meestal een vervaltermijn. Sommige cookies worden bijvoorbeeld automatisch verwijderd wanneer je je browser afsluit (men spreekt dan van een “session cookie”), terwijl andere langere tijd op je computer blijven staan, soms zelfs tot je ze handmatig verwijdert (ook wel “persistent cookie” genoemd).

First party cookies (deze cookies worden voor en/door het VBO geplaatst)
De website van het VBO plaatst zelf drie soorten cookies:
- Technische cookies. Deze zijn noodzakelijk om puur technische redenen in het kader van het gebruik van de website. Van zodra u verbinding maakt met de VBO-website, worden deze cookies geplaatst.
- Functionele cookies. Deze zorgen ervoor dat de VBO-website optimaal werkt. U kunt deze cookies weigeren of ze verwijderen met behulp van uw browserinstellingen, maar uw surfervaring zal merkbaar minder goed zijn.

Analytische cookies. Deze laten toe om bepaalde zaken te analyseren, zoals het aantal bezoeken van de website of van een bepaalde pagina of reclameboodschap. Deze informatie gebruiken we enkel om de inhoud van onze website te verbeteren of als insteek voor een nieuwe campagne rond een bepaald onderwerp waar veel interesse voor is.

Wijzigingen van dit cookiebeleid
Het VBO behoudt zich het recht voor om dit cookiebeleid te allen tijde aan te passen en dit conform de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming. Dit cookiebeleid werd het laatst gewijzigd op 18 mei 2020.
Actiedomeinen
Een gezond ondernemingsklimaat is essentieel voor een gezonde economie en duurzame groei in België. Als VBO nemen we de verantwoordelijkheid om de motor van onze welvaartsstaat op kruissnelheid te houden. Om dat te bereiken, focussen we op 18 actiedomeinen die bijdragen tot een duurzame groei.
